New rego we start from scratch with all learning how to maximise our results in just 1 lap to go for Pole Position and to maximise the best way to go for wins and podiums together in the circumstances we will be facing over the duration of a lap a stint a race a season
There will be times when races won’t go our way but we can’t let that define how we feel going into the next race weekend and how we are as a team every time we think about braking zones acceleration tyres fuel battery an overtake a defensive move it’s all learning for the next race
My goal is to pick the driver I feel we can have fun together have a positive attitude towards every driver in our team every day so we all feel welcomed appreciated and excited every time we talk together there will be moments in a race where it could get a bit tight between us as drivers on the track but as long as we can race fair and clean and think about the team over then damaging our own races anything is possible
