🎯 Weekly Goals
Every race week, we set clear, measurable targets so nobody's guessing:

  • Qualifying target — a lap-time delta to hit in practice before quali night.
  • Race target — a finishing position/points goal based on the track and our season standing.
  • One improvement focus — tyre management, starts, defending, wet pace — one thing we sharpen each week.
We review the previous round honestly, log what went right and wrong, and carry the lessons into the next one.

🛠️ Practice Sessions

  • Mid-week team practice — we run the upcoming circuit together, compare data, and dial in race pace.
  • Optional 1-on-1 coaching — sector-by-sector telemetry review for anyone who wants to find time.
  • Pre-quali prep — a focused session before every race so you arrive ready, not cold.
Practice is the difference between hoping for a good result and engineering one.

⚙️ Engineering & Setups

  • Base setups provided for every track — qualifying and race-trim, ready before the weekend.
  • Per-driver tuning — we adjust to your style; you're never stuck with a setup that doesn't suit you.
  • Strategy calls — tyre and pit strategy planned with you, not dropped on you race night.
  • Data-driven feedback — we use telemetry and lap data, not vibes, to find pace.
You focus on driving. The engineering side is covered.
