As Team Principal, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the hard work and dedication of our drivers and staff come together on race day. While the results are what everyone sees, there are countless hours of preparation, strategy, and teamwork that go into making a successful season.
Looking back, it's hard not to be proud of what we achieved last season. Securing a Drivers' Championship and a Constructors' Championship was a fantastic accomplishment for the team. On top of that, taking 16 race victories throughout the season showcased the consistency, pace, and determination that everyone brought to the table week after week.
While those achievements are something we'll always be proud of, motorsport and sim racing are all about looking forward. Every season presents new challenges, new competition, and new opportunities to improve. Success one season doesn't guarantee success the next, which is why our focus remains on continuing to push ourselves and finding ways to get even better.
Going into the new season, my hope is that we can build on the strong foundations we've already established. We want to continue competing at the front, fighting for race wins, and putting ourselves in contention for championships once again. However, it's not just about trophies and results. I want to see our drivers continue to develop, our team continue to grow, and everyone involved continue to enjoy being part of this journey.
The competition gets stronger every season, and that's something we welcome. Racing against the best pushes us to improve and keeps us motivated to raise our standards even further. We know the challenges ahead won't be easy, but that's what makes the pursuit of success so rewarding.
I'd also like to thank everyone who supports the team. Whether you've followed us from the beginning or joined us more recently, your support means a great deal to everyone involved. Seeing the community rally behind us throughout the season is something we never take for granted.
As we prepare for the first week of races of the new campaign, there's a real sense of excitement around the team. We know what we're capable of, but we also know there's still more to achieve. The goal is simple: continue representing Ferrari with pride, compete at the highest level possible, and give our supporters plenty to cheer about throughout the season.
